Beyond

Anything i've ever listened too, just the idea is so friggin' awesome lol xD

not only that, but i would be SO HAPPY if this popped up in like Pokemon or something haha

no offense

where's the music? All I here are a bunch of trumpets with, by what i can tell, not even a diatonic scale D:

and the bassline and the drumline sound like loops you've downloaded off the net >>

Try studying some music theory first D:
wikipedia is god!

Good luck on your music endeavors!

too long

The patterns are really well laced with the beat, but idk it's too long, or maybe jazz it up some. It sounds like it would make an awesome Goemon soundtrack though x3

i love the guitar recording, did you do that yourself?

just a few things

i like the dirtiness of it, but maybe open up the mixer and do some twinking, the melody especially at 00:55 is really kinda ear piercing, i'd turn it down some. Also try some chords, it's tonic, third, and then fifth, a minor is a step and a half down. So D Major chord is D F# A, its complimenting minor chord would be B D F#. I apologize if it seems like i'm speaking down to you :d just i didn't hear any chords.

keep it up 7/10 3/5

B-e-t-a responds:

Hey thanks. I really appeciate this type of criticism. It is something I have a hard time finding in my area.

After reading your response, I have a whole new perspective on the track. The sounds are all in the red zone in places, admittedly.

If I can find the old loop files and my FLstudio I am now motovated to fix this track once and for good. Might inspire me to making music again, :)

Nice

I would add perhaps a bass line to it, and then also some kind of percussion, not necessarily a beat, but percussion. Though I do like the mystic ambience the chosen instruments give off, it compliments the song well, so maybe a bassline wouldn't be a good idea. But y'know, some highly reeverbed clav or something??

Otherwise, good work! 8/10 4/5

love it

The strings ambience mix is amazing, it's like so mastered, you're gonna go far C: keep 'em coming! favorited :D

It's amazing, you just "decided" to try strings, and BAM it sounds awesome and like it was mastered. Strings usually take a while to be able to understand, but you just grabbed it by the throat and tamed it completely. Impressive, you'll definitely go real far.

Marks-a-lot responds:

Ha, I told those strings not to fuck with me and they listened. They aint goin to be takin no cookies form my jar no moe if you know what I'm talkin about! (all that was in reference to the strings.

likez it

I like it, it gave the song a smooth feel, made me think of some like huge super computer x3

10/10 5/5

Hey, I've been composing since I was 13. Lately I've been enjoying writing my own creative music for NG, however, if you have any projects you would like custom scoring for, please send me a PM!
